New Zealand footwear designer Kathryn Wilson, in collaboration with Sarah Hutchings of Orsini Fine Jewellery, has created the world’s most expensive high-heeled shoe. Inspired by Cinderella’s glass slippers, Wilson created a white round toe pump encrusted with more than half a million dollars’ worth of white diamonds making it a truly one-of-a-kind work of art.
