The most expensive street legal production car available on the market today is the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport. It is also the fastest accelerating car reaching 0-60 in 2.5 seconds with record-breaking top speed of 267 mph. Manufactured in Molsheim, France by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., the Super Sport features a 16 cylinder – 1,200 horsepower engine. It was shown publicly for the first time at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August 2010. The first edition came in a matte black and orange color combination. To keep its exclusivity, Bugatti have stated that only 30 will be produced.
